Appliqued Quilts
These quilts are created by cutting out individual pieces of fabric and sewing them onto a background fabric. I utilize my own special applique technique to create “stitchless” borders. Several of these quilts are remade from antique quilts that I found in quilting magazines and books. Although challenging, I enjoy creating entire new patterns from photos and often add my own special touches.
